Washer not spinning
The washer finishes washing but never reaches spin speed, or the drum doesn't turn at all. Sometimes the machine tries to redistribute the load several times, then cancels the spin to protect itself from vibration.
Symptoms you may notice
- Drum turns slowly and never speeds up
- Cycle ends with soaking-wet clothes
- An unbalance or motor error code
