Terms & Conditions
Terms for using The Elite's website and repair requests.
1. Using the site
By using The Elite's website you agree to these terms. The site provides information about our services and a way to send repair requests.
2. Awareness information
The fault guide, brand pages and 3D models are general awareness information, not a diagnosis of your appliance. Diagnosis requires a qualified technician to inspect it.
3. No self-repair
We don't publish disassembly or repair steps. Anyone who opens an appliance involving electricity, water or gas does so at their own risk. If you suspect a gas leak, follow the safety advice and call the emergency number 911.
4. Error codes
We publish error codes as stated by the sources named on each page. A code's meaning can vary by model, year and market, so confirm with the user manual or a technician.
5. Requests and appointments
Sending a request through the site or WhatsApp doesn't book an appointment. A visit is confirmed only after The Elite team contacts you and agrees it with you.
6. Costs and warranty
The site doesn't publish prices. Any cost or warranty on the work is explained and agreed directly with the team before the work is carried out.
7. Trademarks
The Elite is an independent repair service. Brand names and logos belong to their owners; mentioning them does not imply a partnership or official agency.
8. Illustrations and models
Illustrations and 3D models are simplified and illustrative; they don't represent a specific appliance or brand.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the last-updated date is shown at the top.
