In plain words: what data we handle, and why.
1. Who we are
This policy covers the website of The Elite home appliance repair (THE ELITE JO). It explains what happens to your data when you use the site or contact us.
2. Booking form
The form doesn't send your data to a server or store it on the website or in your browser. When you press “Send request on WhatsApp”, WhatsApp opens with a ready message containing what you typed, and it only reaches us if you choose to send it.
- What you send: name, phone number, appliance and brand, area, preferred time and fault description.
- Why: to contact you about your request and arrange the visit.
3. WhatsApp and phone calls
When you message us on WhatsApp or call us, your details reach us through those services and we use them only to reply and follow up on your request. Using WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
4. Analytics and cookies
The site doesn't currently use any third-party analytics or tracking cookies. If we enable analytics later we'll update this page, and we will never send your name, phone number or request text to them.
5. Browser storage
The site stores only your language choice (Arabic or English) in your browser so it's remembered next time. You can remove it by clearing site data in your browser settings.
6. External links
The site may link to other websites, such as error-code sources or Google Maps. They have their own policies and we are not responsible for their content.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to delete, or tell you about, messages or data you sent us, using the contact details below.
